Basically dripped the decking when they installed it and the wood "tore" jaggedly resulting in a gap. When rain came down straight, no problem. When it was blown sideways under the vent cap it went right down the crack and into my attic.I called two other places and because it was a 3 story home I got quoted $2k and $2500 to do the repair and a week for inspection and another week for the repair.I called A Affordable at a neighbors suggestion and they came out the very next day for an inspection, quoted me less than 1/2 of the other estimates, and did the work that SAME DAY!!! Great repair, looks rock solid, great easy to work with team in the back office and on site. No mess in the yard or attic left over and I couldn't be happier!!!It's hard to find dependable companies for house repair and roofing so I'm going to be shouting this place from the rooftops to all my neighbors and friends for a long time. Called the company and they were very friendly and was able to schedule someone (Chase) to have a look at the roof as well as doing a quote for another project we were interested in.Chase came out (5/18) and used a drone to get a sense of the work required to fix the leak and provided quote for the second project and said he could have a guy come out immediately (5/19) address the issue. Was really impressed with the process thus far and paid for the repair on 5/20 and to call back to schedule the other project.Few weeks go by and the first rain comes and still leaking. I call Chase (6/3) to let him know of the issue and he said he needed to speak to the guy that did the job. Comes back to say, there's no way the roof is leaking from the repair and had to be the fan itself. I suggested to Chase that he himself and his repair guy come out to check out the repair and use a hose to see if it's the roof repair or water is coming through the attic fan itself for which he agreed. He said he would check the calendar and come back to schedule. Exactly two weeks go by with a decent amount of rain and call the company that installed the attic fan to come out while also reaching out to Chase.Never heard back from Chase or A Affordable Roofing Services and had another company do the job properly. Apparently the repairman from A Affordable Roofing Services thought repairing the roof was smearing tar all over the new installed roof shingles making a mess and reducing the effectiveness of the shingles themselves. At least Chase was smart enough not to call back to schedule the other project given the failure on the roof repair.I would definitely NOT recommend them for roof repair but you may have better luck with a new roof installation. As soon as they received the money, never really heard back on the repair job or lack thereof. read less

He gave me the best deal, new roof, radiant barrier and additional insulation that I needed.The actual crew that installed the roof were great, happy guys that worked well together. They were efficient, tidy and proud of their work. Chase came out surveyed the job and had us a quote by the end of the day. They dealt with our insurance and our HOA. We had our roof replaced yesterday( within 2 weeks) and couldn't be happier.
