She didn't introduce herself when she picked up the phone, I politely asked her for her name to address her properly and with respect, she replied with an attitude and a sarcastic tone of voice saying, " ummmm....your speaking with A Affordable.....blah blah" I said, "the only reason I ask is so I can address you by your name, but okay." I asked to speak with someone else and she said" I'll Call you back" and proceeded to hang up the phone in my face. she left a Sour experience, I hope that is not a reflection of how they operate.
