ROOF REPLACEMENT IN HOUSTON

I called A Affordable Roofing Services and the lady on the phone was very rude. She didn't introduce herself when she picked up the phone, I politely asked her for her name to address her properly and with respect, she replied with an attitude and a sarcastic tone of voice saying, " ummmm....your speaking with A Affordable.....blah blah" I said, "the only reason I ask is so I can address you by your name, but okay." I asked to speak with someone else and she said" I'll Call you back" and proceeded to hang up the phone in my face. she left a Sour experience, I hope that is not a reflection of how they operate.

There are lots of roofing companies out there. I did my research and decided to go with ASC. They have been in business for a long time. They made the whole process so easy. I felt like I was dealing with a Long term friend. My roof looks great and they did a great clean up job.

Daryl and the team was on-time, courteous, and professional. They cleaned the job site (our home) meticulously after the installation was complete. We could not have hoped for a better experience from a contractor.

Very happy with A Affordable Roofing Services! Had the entire roof damage repair with a small addition on the rear of the house. Very impressed with the quality of work! They were able to complete the entire job in one day. Slight delay in getting the work starting caused by weather, total out of their control.
